Two-day Lean Practitioner course
Overall course aim
This two-day Lean practitioner course will give you a better understanding of the value you deliver and of how to identify the waste in how you and your team currently work. It will help you use Lean thinking to look at processes in your organisation and improve them so that you can do more with your resources.
It also addresses the challenges of persuading people to change the way they do things.
The course includes interactive discussion and exercises, and attendees develop learning together. You will leave with ideas you can put into practice immediately to deliver more value to your customers.

Who is the course aimed at?
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. Optional coaching is via webinar, so access to a PC or laptop with sound and a microphone (alternatively a PC or laptop and a phone) will be required.
Venue
On client premises. External meeting facilities can be sourced if required.
Follow-up
Attendees should practise their learning immediately afterwards by working through an improvement project within their organisation. Online 1-1 coaching sessions are an optional add-on to help you deliver measurable benefits.
